Estimating

Drawings will be developed. These will take into account the engineering, structural, design and aesthetic decisions you have made. If you would like to make any further changes, now is the time to do so. From there, your specialist will present you with a quote or extimate.

Phase/Stage

Witness your project transition from the page to your property! Every aspect of the build will be managed for you, allowing you to carry on with your everyday life. Your specialist will do everything in their power to keep your project on schedule so that it can be completed within a set timeframe and budget.

Kitchen Renovations FAQs

Prices will vary widely based on such items as your benchtop choices, floor coverings, tapware, and whiteware choices (including rangehoods).

There’s no simple answer here, but at the lower-cost end of the range kitset/flatpack kitchens can provide you with a very cost-effective and attractive kitchen which will last for many years.

This depends on how much of the kitchen you are changing. Are we moving walls, replacing the wall linings and providing a new ceiling that might replace an older style ceiling, or are we simply taking out an old bench and cabinetry and replacing it with something smarter and newer?

A kitchen renovation can take between 1-2 weeks, depending on the level of work required.

The trades are generally builder, plumbing, electrician, plasterer and painter, but some clients do ask for a tiled floor with underfloor heating. We can certainly do all that.

Generally, no Council permit is required for a kitchen renovation, however, if you are moving interior, load-bearing walls, installing new plumbing or doing other restricted work that may require a Building Consent.

Then our team can take you smoothly through the process of obtaining the necessary consents and approvals to have the work completed, and then help you finalise the sign off with the Council.

Get in touch with us to book an appointment at your home with one of our Quoting Managers and Renovation Consultants. they will discuss your preferences, make suggestions about what will and won’t work, what is cost-effective for you, and prepare a quote based on that conversation.

Once you approve the quote, one of our Project Managers will make contact, confirm your choice of plumbing and electrical fittings, order the appropriate supplies, and stay in touch with you regarding a start and finish date. they will schedule our staff to get the job completed with as little inconvenience to you as possible.

At the end of the work the Quoting Manager will walk through the job with you to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
